The dining reservation system could be clearer!!! The beach buffet and a la carte options are not consistently open!!! Confusing wristband system isn’t user-friendly!!! More pool activities would be appreciated!!!

The hotel is great for families like ours, with plenty of fun activities and watersports for everyone to enjoy. We especially loved the beautiful beach and the friendly wait staff who made our time special.

Some favorite menu items were becoming less consistent, which was disappointing.

The staff was super friendly, always checking in to make sure we were good. Food was pretty yummy, especially the snacks. Only bummer was the reservation thing at dinner. it felt a bit tricky sometimes.

The grilled meats at Villa Italia were a culinary highlight, with flavors that danced on the palate. I also savored the simple yet delicious tacos at El Alcazar, a local gem just down the way. Room 9112 was spacious enough, giving me room to breathe, although it could’ve used a deep clean.

The dining experience was marred by limited options, and the waitstaff seemed as tired as a sun-soaked beachgoer by midday. The all-inclusive wasn't exactly worth the hype, leaving me dreaming of better meals elsewhere.

i had a fantastic stay that surpassed my previous trip in mazatlan. the ocean view room was spacious, with stunning views and hot water that never ran out. the welcoming activities staff made my family's experience truly enjoyable at this resort.
