The staff is incredibly attentive, especially in the restaurants, ensuring a delightful dining experience. The housekeeping team does a fantastic job keeping both the guest rooms and public areas immaculate. Everyone, from the chefs to the waitstaff, truly puts effort into making your stay enjoyable.
The dining reservation system can be a bit tricky and needs improvement.

The dining reservation system could be clearer!!! The beach buffet and a la carte options are not consistently open!!! Confusing wristband system isn’t user-friendly!!! More pool activities would be appreciated!!!

missingWrote a review on 02 Augattentive staffdelicious italian foodpool heating issuedining reservation difficultiesmenu inconsistency
The attentive staff, especially pool concierges Noe and Juan, ensured guests were well cared for while maintaining a strict policy against reserving lounge chairs. The Italian restaurant stood out, with Captain Karla providing exceptional service. However, the heating issue with the Castilla pool was a letdown, and the dining reservation system needs urgent improvements. Some favorite menu items were becoming less consistent, which was disappointing.

The grilled meats at Villa Italia were a culinary highlight, with flavors that danced on the palate. I also savored the simple yet delicious tacos at El Alcazar, a local gem just down the way. Room 9112 was spacious enough, giving me room to breathe, although it could’ve used a deep clean.
The dining experience was marred by limited options, and the waitstaff seemed as tired as a sun-soaked beachgoer by midday. The all-inclusive wasn't exactly worth the hype, leaving me dreaming of better meals elsewhere.
